The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive compensation package to include: base salary, commission and bonus, health benefits, vacation and more. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing sales team of 9 outside reps, 2 major account reps hunting new business, and increasing the Company’s penetration in the local B2B accounts. The Company offers a complete suite of New Media/Online Marketing services.

REQUIREMENTS
5 + years of experience managing outside sales team in a Advertising Solutions or Business-to-business sales and/or sales management experience
