Large regional law firm seeks individual to assist in the Bankruptcy department.
The ideal employee will have extensive knowledge of the following:
- Drafting of various pleadings and discovery for state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
- Calendar motions set for hearings
- Know chapter 7,11,13
- Open new files
- File pleadings using CM/ECF Bankruptcy program
- Foreclosure experience a plus
- Receive and review all documents and correspondence from attorney.
Perfect candidate will be well-versed in all areas of Bankruptcy and will have a strong command of the English language. Must have a friendly demeanor.
