Business Analyst (Marketing & Supplies)
Develops Business Intelligence reporting, dashboards, analysis.
Conducts data investigations and assists the with data analysis and management queries.
Assist the internal review process of reports and update the information in timely manner.
Works closely with the Supplies Product Manager to define project time line, and manage multiple requirements.
Collect Data from different sources within the organization
Organize the data and assist in the preparation of Management Reports
Maintain and update the information
Deal with time tables and multiple deadlines.
Manage multiple queries from different areas of the organization.
Deal with different formats and organize the information for the top management.
Analysis of Channel’s Inventory levels to determine if promotions are needed.
Operational analyses of results, consolidation and reporting for all Supplies marketing programs to LA upper management.
Evaluation of return over investments (ROI) for Marketing campaigns through channel partners.
Management of e-commerce initiatives to Latin American markets.
Development of metrics used for decision making regarding budget allocations within sales, marketing and finance teams.
Designs dashboards and scorecards to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Computer Science /International Marketing or equivalent combination of experience and/or education required.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, and clients is necessary.
Spanish, English/ Portuguese will be a plus
