RANDSTAD , along with our client company, a major architectural glass and aluminum company, is seeking an experienced CASH APPLICATION SPECIALIST to work in their Deerfield Beach office.
Duties:
LOCKBOX EXPERIENCE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST !!!
* Process and post lockbox to the GL
*Post revenues by verifying/entering transactions from lock box
* Process and post credit card transactions
*Adjustments to the lockbox as required
*Scan credit request document
*Post NSF bank fees
*Remotely deposit checks to bank
*Print and mail invoices and month end statements
*Write off and post discounts
Requirements:
Skills/Qualifications:
Lockbox experience, Cash application analyst experience, Financial Software, General Math Skills, Data Entry Skills, Accounting, Customer Service, Confidentiality, Tracking Budget Expenses, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Integrity, Objectivity
Excellent references required for this sensitive and important financial position !
