Medifast is currently seeking a Center Manager for our Sunniland center. The Center Manager will be responsible for both the sales and management in the center. The ideal candidate will meet all the requirements of the position as well as possess high energy, desire to drive results, has people focused values and is excellent at building relationships for the long term.

Job Duties :
  • Conduct free Weight Loss and Health Profiles with prospects for enrollment into the appropriate weight loss program.
  • Manage to monthly Profit and Loss statements and successfully manage the costs on controllable center expenses.
  • Identify all referrals and prospects for potential sales.
  • Ability to recognize demographic information on center location to target prospective clients.
  • Achieve center sales and personal sales quotas.
  • Implement center sales programs to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Direct staff in sales, procedures, policies and activities.
  • Recognize and reward staff for performance.
  • Coach staff on performance and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of client satisfaction through educated and empowered staff.
  • Measure client satisfaction through surveys and exit interviews.
Experience and Education Requirements
  • Possess a four (4) year degree with three (3) years sales experience or possess a two (2) year degree with five (5) years of sales experience.
  • Have excellent sales, customer service and communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Bi-lingual - Spainish & English
  • Specific sales experience in retail commission environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in weight loss/weight management preferred.
  • Possess experience closing items over $1,000+ in sales.
