Informs of special events and menu selections. Performs sidework duties and maintains of responsibility clean and free of debris.Coordinates with busser and server if guests/patrons need assistance with food and beverage service. Duties: Accompanies guests to their table in the food and beverage service areas Delivers menus to guest tables shortly after they are seated Creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for guests who are waiting to be seated Seats guests according to specific request and seating floor plans in the food and beverage service areas Rotates the seating of guests at tables in food and beverage service areas based on business needs Delivers an enthusiastic, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure Ensures area around entrances is clean, safe and secure Interacts with guests waiting on the sidewalk areas to be seated Informs guests of daily, weekly, ongoing specials and events Assists in preparation of property opening and closing Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and after guest are finished Builds relationships with patrons that add to the guest experience Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Qualifications: 18 years of age; High school diploma preferred
