The ideal COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARALEGAL will have experience in the following areas:
Commercial litigation paralegal with 8 years experience.
Legal research and drafting of legal pleadings
Strong experience in e-discovery, state and federal court experience is required.
Commercial Litigation paralegal must have strong proofreading skills
Litigation paralegal must be able to work in extremely fast paced enviornment
Litigation paralegal will have ability to work independently
Paralegal must have a very strong command of the English language including strong grammar and writing skills
