Customer Service Manager

Title: Customer Service Manager


Reports to: VP of Operations & Technology


Hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm


Compensation: $37,000 – 40,000 annually plus benefits (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K)




Position Summary
: Primarily responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external It’s Just Lunch customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department. Manages Customer Service Representatives.




Position Responsibilities



  • Supports VP & Operations & Technology

  • Manages customer service department and independent contractors

  • Monitors time and attendance

  • Correspond with sales representatives

  • Orders and restocks inventory

  • Answers phones and attends to other general office duties

  • Corresponds with property management

  • Maintains database

  • Policy Development and Deployment

  • Problem Resolution

  • Customer Relations

  • Employee Training and Development

  • Performs other related duties as assigned




Supervisory Responsibilities


Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Tech savvy

  • Fast learner

  • Ability to manage people and procedures

  • 2 + years of administrative experience and/or customer service experience

  • Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multitask

  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills

  • A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Excellent listening and feedback skills

  • Good problem solving skills.

  • Effective training skills.

  • Highly developed coaching & counseling skills
