Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a versatile person for our team. This is an entry level customer service/intake position. We provide training and support. Duties include inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification, customer surveys, claims processing and other duties as required.
This is a full time position with benefits.
Requirements:
You must be bilingual (Engish/Spanish) to be considered for this position. Please state clearly on your response if you are Bilingual otherwise, the response will be disregarded.
You must speak English and Spanish fluently.
You must have a clear phone voice.
You musy have excellent computer skills.
Medical experience, terminology or background will be very helpful.
