Customer Service Representative
We are actively recruiting quality customer service professionals who are seeking a challenging and rewarding career as a Customer Service are expanding locally and looking for motivated Customer Service representatives who will join our expanding team of customer service representatives. You can work either part time or full time, depending on your preference.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must demonstrated proficiency in Power Point, Excel and Word.
Requires excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Candidate should have excellent written and grammatical skills.
Candidate should demonstrate the ability to work pro-actively, independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities :
Strong organizational skills.
Process and prepare Word and Email correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
Monitor and maintain supplies of office pamphlets and booklets.
File and organize documents and information. Be able to locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
