Job Requirements: * Assist the Director with organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities to maintain the hospital environment in a sanitary and orderly condition that complies with regulatory requirements. * Assist with selection, training/orientation, scheduling and assignment of departmental personnel. * Assist with ensuring all customer satisfaction goals are maintained. * Supervises environmental functions and activities. * Conducts a comprehensive quality assurance program as directed. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * At least 2 years exp in environmental services. * Exp in hospital setting preferred. * Previous supervisory exp preferred.
