Position Summary:

1. Process all stock issue requisitions inParamountas the product leaves the storeroom.

2. Receive food and beverage deliveries from vendors; ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.

3. Fill food and beverage requisitions for issue accurately and complete. Be aware of last taken product and any items that could not be filled on the requisition.

4. Transport issues to requesting outlet promptly and efficiently ensuring that all product are checked and signed for, by an authorized individual in that outlet.

5. Label, date, rotate and store stock based F.I.F.O. (First In, First Out) system ensuring product is used before spoilage. Inform Storeroom supervisor of product stock which has spoiled.

6. Assist in taking physical inventory.

7. Research any inventory discrepancies or variances as they are brought to your attention.

8. Maintain storeroom inventory clean, tidy, in a well-organized fashion.

9. Maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Report and correct if possible any unsafe acts or conditions of work.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor / managers.

Requirements
Understand, speak, read and write English language. Able to confortably lift and carry 50 lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of shift at least (8) hours.
