Legal Executive Assistant

 



  • Composes and prepares correspondences for signature
  • Coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including booking flights and arranging accommodations, and point-to-point transportation;
  • Independently prepares recurring reports
  • Establishing daily priorities;
  • Answers the phone, provides and receives information
  • Handling highly confidential information with professional discretion
  • Maintains a calendar for the C-level  and assures that complete information is available for all matters
  • Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records
  • Arranges for meetings, conferences and business travel
  • Maintains control files of matters in progress and follows up to ensure that related material is completed
  • Coordinates office functions with other departmental personnel
  • May attend meetings and conferences to furnish information and take notes
  • Supports other senior executives on a daily basis
  • Performs other duties as assigned



Requirements:

 


•           Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting C-level executives;


•           Polished and professional, detail-oriented demeanor;


•           Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment;


•           Excellent communication skills;


•           Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint;


•           Office management experience, including business machines (Pitney Bowes postage machine, printer, fax, and scanner).
