Position Summary: Responsible for verbal and written communication on residential mortgages from 5 to 60 days delinquent. Respond to incoming mortgagor complaint calls and assist with the training of new hires.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for incoming calls received on ACD line or direct line. * Negotiate and follow-up on repayment plans. * Skip-trace no contact mortgagors. * Issue delinquency notices, and ensure that demands are sent within departmental guidelines. * Maintain delinquency flags and holds. * Issue posting instructions to cashiering. * Verify all mortgagor information. * Determine property occupancy, and take steps to secure abandoned properties. * Issue required regulatory disclosures. * Responsible to responding to incoming mortgagor complaint calls. * Special projects as assigned by Supervisor. * Must adhere to company’s attendance and punctuality standards. * Must be available to work late/overtime as needed. * Must maintain performance and professional demeanor in high pressure situations. Skills/Knowledge Requirements: * Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. * Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure with little supervision. Required Experience
