Manager of Corporate Accounting
MSB Talent Acquisition is working on behalf of our client to identify top talent to fulfill the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting. This person will be responsible for the special projects of the Corporate Accounting Group. Among other responsibilities, this includes leading a task force on lease accounting, all acquisition related financial due diligence, managing the progression towards reporting under IFRS requirements, as well as other technical accounting presentations and projects initiated by senior management. The position reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Leading the lease accounting task force and 9 sub-teams (25+ cross-functional participants)
Leading/executing financial due diligence related to all acquisitions
Leading all IFRS conversion/convergence related efforts.
Preparation/presentation of project status updates and deliverables to senior management/BOD.
