Merchandise Execution Manager
Drives sales and profit, provides exceptional customer service and leads in CustomerFIRST focus by managing Store Merchandise Execution best practices, including pricing and signing, stockroom, restocking and recovery of the sales floor, and visual standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Drives sales and profit through effective merchandise execution, store environment and major event execution. Is the resident expert on merchandising processes. Leads merchandise SET activities including forecasting workload and distributing work for restocking, recovery, pricing and signing, and visual. Ensures proper execution of SET Sell, SET Smart and SET Guide standards by directing and monitoring the Door to Floor, visual and pricing/signing teams. Ensures that merchandise is accurately replenished utilizing planning tools on a daily basis. Ensures that the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe by providing leadership to maintenance associates and coordinating with maintenance vendors as needed.
