Growing Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Property Management Accountant to join their team. We offer great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K with match and paid time-off.
This position requires some supervisory experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Work closely with Property and/or Regional Managers and Accounting Department to determine root cause of issues regarding billing and payment discrepancies
Take ownership of issue until resolved
Ensure overall compliance with Accounting Policies and Procedures
Maintaining Vendor Records (setting up vendor profile, updating insurance, verifying entities)
Submit Replacement Reserves Request to lenders
Work with Director of Accounting and CFO on accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast three years experience with Yardi Voyager
Atleast five years experience is property management accounting
Bachelor Degree in Accounting REQUIRED
Have a positive and get-it-done mentality
Meticulous, exceptionally detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Customer service orientation
Be responsible and reliable
High work ethic
MUST be a team player
Ability to handle multiple projects
Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, read, and write)
A stable work history and excellent references from past employers
