Regional Visual Director
Lead and cultivate a Visual Management team who delivers the vision of fashion leadership and powerful merchandise presentations supporting corporate strategies. Provides clear execution and communication direction to VM team, sets the pace for consistency in presentation within the region Develop and coach an expert Visual management team that understands and represents the brand Demonstrates strong creative sensibilities in presentation, understands composition in visual techniques with ability to articulate the expectation Conduct weekly conference calls and seasonal prototypes to ensure understanding of new merchandise strategies, visual presentations, marketing calendar and fashion direction. Ability to interface with multiple groups of people, ie; regional partners, store teams, corporate teams.
