Report Writer
The Report Writer Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of reports from multiple enterprise applications. The specialist will work with representatives from the lines of business to develop report specifications, implement those requests in Crystal Reports and SSRS using SQL server views, stored procedures and functions. The specialist will also write queries to satisfy ad-hoc data requests.
DUTIES:
• Analyze data requirements and relationships.
• Interpret and implement business requirements.
• Create user-defined queries in SQL Server
• Create Crystal Reports in 9 and SSRS
• Work with managers to understand and resolve data issues
• Provide technical documentation.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
• Expert Database skills in SQL Server (5 years database query skills, at least 3 years in MS SQL Server)
• Expert Crystal Reports and SSRS skills (3-5 years in reporting packages, at least 3 years in Crystal)
• Good understanding of developing and performing Database Administration on a SQL Server Database
