We are currently seeking an individual with proven sales management skills in a high paced environment who will establish and lead an inbound/outbound sales team to meet/exceed sales goals. In this position you will lead and direct all inbound and outbound sales activities within a Terminix Contact Center. You will be responsible for meeting objectives for each sales operating unit within the Contact Center. This position is located in Memphis, TN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, lead and develop a team of sales supervisors and representatives.
*
Establish challenging team and individual sales goals.
*
Create an environment conducive to meeting sales objectives.
*
Coach and counsel team members to improve performance.
*
Recommend incentives, compensation strategies and promotions to increase productivity and team performance.
*
Work closely with other members of the Contact Center and field operations to ensure overall success of Terminix.
*
Create and manage all financial aspects of sales department budget.
*
Investigate and resolve systemic customer issues as necessary.
*
Create and monitor department metrics to evaluate success.
*
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:


* Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in sales and/or marketing.
* Three years sales experience in business to consumer, contact center, or direct sales supervision
* Direct experience in creating, leading and developing a sales team.
