TRAINING PROGRAM - Previous sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. We will provide you with everything you need to become a successful automotive sales consultant. We strive to not only train our new employees, but to continue to coach and mentor them as they sharpen their skills and become successful sales consultants.
