Senior Financial Analyst, Real Estate
Leading real estate developer seeks to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team in Miami. This opportunity is best suited for professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in financial analysis and who thrives in a diverse, entrepreneurial “roll up your sleeves” environment.
The selected individual will be focused on providing analytical, quantitative and operational support for the Finance group.
Responsibilities:
Perform financial modeling for the purposes of analyzing acquisition, lease, development and capital transactions.
Conducting deal-specific due diligence.
Collecting and analyzing market/economic data.
Prepare annual budgets and track performance.
Assist in the asset management of properties.
Research and track target markets data and summarize.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations summarizing research findings.
Assist with the preparation of loan and construction draws.
Assist with the implementation of the company’s risk management program
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
Exceptional financial modeling skills required.
Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and otherwise technically proficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive problem-solving and organizational skills
