Requirements:
* Coordinate the accurate and timely preparation of federal, state and local tax returns
* Calculate tax liabilities and payments
* Research tax issues through analysis of tax law, regulations and court decisions.
* Research financial and regulatory requirements for taxes.
* Proactively pursue opportunities for tax savings ideas and initiatives.
* Respond to requests and substantiate the company's position during tax audits by taxing authorities and regulators.
Required:
? Accounting degree. ? 4+ years tax accounting experience - Corporate Only or Corporate/Public blend ? Solid Experience in state tax matters ? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including tax computations.
