Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Analyze Modification submission documents for accuracy and completeness including disclosures and other credit related documents. * Review credit reports and other loan documents in order to ensure borrowers meet HAMP eligibility or any alternative Servicer/Investor workout. * Input information correctly into the loss mitigation system and calculate affordable payment and new loan terms. * Organize workload to meet daily quota established by BLS. * Recommend alternative workout solutions if determine HAMP ineligible * Maintain a strong working knowledge of HAMP, BLS and investor guidelines. * Manage and perform multiple tasks accurately in a fast-pace environment. * Assist Asset Managers on problematic file currently in process * Obtain State required Licensed required by BLS. * Responsible to respond to any Audit issues on files reviewed from Investor, BLS or Government agency. * May be required to complete Inter Department audits * Contact customers by phone to negotiate and offer Modifications in accordance with the SAFE Act.
