Dynamic, highly motivated Software Support Analyst needed to assist our customers in the implementation and support of our education based software solutions. We need a a self starting, charismatic individual with the ability to communicate with our cusotmers, analyze problems and see them through to resolution.
We are looking for a people person that enjoys communicating with clients and helping them work with our products to achieve results. The right candidate should have extensive technical understanding of computers and the internet, significant software support and testing experience, and experience working in the customer relations field.
Software Support Analyst Duties:
Analyzing and resolving customer issues
Directly supporting customer support requests
Conducting basic customer training
Managing and monitoring software defect lists
Testing and final QA of all code packages
Partial preparation of product shipments
Communicate directly with clients
Manage update delivery cycles.
