Our accounting and finance Consultants combine their functional finance expertise and project management capabilities with their other broad skills and experiences in internal audit, process reengineering, compliance, and systems to help clients drive business change.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years professional experience with a concentration in corporate tax. Experience within Big 4 consulting is a plus.

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional tax experience; preferably a combination of Big 4 CPA firm (or large regional firm) and Corporate Tax Department experience.


• International, Federal, and/or multi-state compliance and planning experience.


• Experience in researching, implementing and calculating FAS 109 and FIN 48.


• Ability to perform tax account reconciliations; return to tax provision analysis and true-ups.


• Ability to research and assure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations as well as provide assistance during tax audits.


• Proficiency in Excel and various tax compliance and research software applications such as CORPTax, FastTax, Taxstream, CCH, RIA, and / or BNA.


• Proficient in large company general ledger systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and / or SAP.


• Excellent analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency, work in a team environment, and to contribute to multiple projects at once is required.


• Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills and attention to detail are required.


• CPA preferred.


• Four-year bachelor degree is required, MST is a plus.
