Airamid has an opportunity for a Vice President of Finance who must have strong Long Term Care Finance experience. This individual will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounting/financial reporting, audit oversight, strategic planning/budgeting, treasury/cash management, capital planning, and new business finance functions. This hands on position will be responsible for providing leadership, mentoring staff, financial strategies and the management of financial resources to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plans and objective. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Experience in Long Term Care and Accounts Receivable required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant – preferred
5 + years of Long Term Care experience in a senior leadership role
Strong mentoring skills
Strong Accounts Receivable experience including (but not limited to)
Medicare
Medicaid
Managed Care
Private Insurance Billing
