Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance brokers is seeking an experienced Wholesale Property Broker for their Georgia operation.

Candidates will work with Agents and Insureds to develop comprehensive analytical and exposure information for complex property placements including layered and multi carrier programs.
Other duties include:
Negotiate Program Design and Terms, Conditions and Pricing of Property coverages with insurance carriers
Manage mid-term account servicing issues and direct service team as required.
Perform risk analysis, including coordinating and explaining RMS Risk Browser 11.0 modeling analyze for the catastrophic exposures with insureds and using results to negotiate pricing with carriers
Assist claims service department as needed with coverage interpretation, underwriter involvement and negotiation on claims
Negotiate coverages/pricing and prepare client presentations for new and renewal insurance programs
Responsible for Manuscript Policy authoring and revisions as needed on an account by account basis
Program design and placement of Domestic and Offshore captive reinsurance programs

4 year college degree with emphasis in Insurance & Risk Management
Detailed Knowledge of ISO and Company Manuscript Forms
Working Knowledge of RMS 11.0. Able to discuss and explain results to Agent and Insureds.
Risk Management Experience a Plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mappoint
Ability to Manage Multiple Simultaneous Complex Projects
Knowledge of Alternative Deductible Structures and Ability to Create Loss Analysis As-If Scenarios
Understanding and Expertise in FEMA Flood Zones and California Earthquake Zones
Ability to review policies and quotations and prepare detailed coverage comparisons
Working Knowledge of the RFP process and ability to prepare RFP responses in conjunction with the Retail Agent
Working knowledge of Alternative Program Placement Utilizing Reinsurance/Captives
