Job Description: The VP of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all accreditation and licensure standards at all times. Coordinates hospital-wide continuing quality improvement activities. Responsible for identification, investigation, analysis, and evaluation of risk and selection of the most advantageous method of correcting, reducing or eliminating identifiable risk. The risk responsibilities have been designated by the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for Medical Staff activities, credentialing and leadership. Responsible for ensuring Infection Control activities are compliant. Reports the activities of the hospital's quality programs to the Medical Staff departments, Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. Responsible to the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Office.
